So, Thursday night I was online and happened to check out my homie Chi City’s BlogTV channel. You guys already know how I feel about him based on previous blog entry’s. Anyway, his show airs every Thursday but this one was “special” because he was going to do a show complete with freeze pops, alcohol AND strippers. LMAO! The shit was a disaster but it was PURE COMEDY. In only a way Chi could, he brought his viewers/fans the best few hours of internet TV imaginable. Anyhow, towards the end I had met a lot of cool people in the chat room (it was a good environment to just laugh and catch jokes with many people) and I ended up going back the next night – although Chi wasn’t airing a show – he was just testing his mic – it turned INTO a show, if you will. I’m going off on a tangent now but basically what ended up happening is based on my name and the shoutout and love Chi gave me, I garnered a small and humbling following and a lot of those people were telling me they wanted to see me on a show, so I thought about it and then was like “nah nah!” But the more I talked to people over the course of a couple days, the more I thought, hey this could be fun. So, I went on ahead and tested out my camera and went online to see what happened. No word of a lie I ended up being on for about 6 hours; it may have even been more. I was off and on at times, and my camera and mic acted up quite a bit but I feel like it was due to me having too many windows open. In any case, I LOVED it. Sure, there was a few haters that came through, but the shit talking was minimal and pretty lame (your momma jokes and calling me ugly *rolls eyes*). Shit like that is completely expected but the great thing about BlogTV is that you are in complete control with being able to kick and even ban people off your channel, so if they become too much of a nuisance they can get booted. I find them entertaining though, even if its only for a few minutes.
Towards the end of the “show” Chi actually came on GChat and we spoke briefly and I asked him, if this took off for me, would he mind/care that I’m using the name I am (since it’s a play off HIS name) and he said that was completely fine and he even came through to show love and subscribe. 
While he was there, he just up and said in the chat that he bought me a PRO account. Completely unprovoked, he clicked on “give the gift of PRO” and bought me the PRO account for an entire year. There are quite a few perks to having a PRO account (including recording longer segments – 30 minutes) so I was not only grateful but happy he did that for me! He really didn’t have to. But then again, what more can one expect from the realest dude on the ‘net? 
He’s a great person y’all. And I thought highly of him LONG before he did that for me. But I can’t say enough good things about him. That’s my homie right there ♥.
Anyway, enough rambling. I don’t plan on doing a scheduled show right now. I don’t have enough viewers as yet but I’ll probably just broadcast from time to time when the desire to hits me and when it does I’ll post the widget on the blog so y’all will know. If you want to chat during live shows you will need to create an account if you don’t already have one as I do not allow “guests” to contribute to my channel. Please take note that just because my name has a certain WORD in it doesn’t mean my channel will have me doing anything slack. I signed up this account NOT thinking I’d actually be broadcasting on it – it was simply an account that would allow me to talk and comment when Chi was airing live but … now it’s become more than that, so enjoy the channel and have fun!
