New Videos Drop

LMFAO. I love how the announcer at the beginning called it “Duddy Fridaze”. Gosh. I’ve seen many a Dutty Fridaze video but this one had me cracking up. And I don’t mean to make a mockery of my own blog but YES I put this in the “World Issues” category. LOL.

What’s good people? During 2006 myself, (Sean Boog) Khrysis and Nervous Reck (Bomm Sheltuh) recorded a slew of songs and put together an album called The Warm Up ( shout out to the homie J Cole). Originally we were going to release it before we even recorded Training Day … but without going into detail we ended up doing Training Day. For the last few years we debated what to do with this album. So finally since we think the music is far too good to go to waste and to give the fans some dope shit to listen to, we are giving it to everybody for free download. Pass the word on!!!!

AYE! Showing much love to my homie, DJ Kidd Tempo, (whom I adore) hailing from Toronto. He sent me a link to his latest mixtape so that I can share it with y’all. Kidd wanted to let it be known that there are a couple kinks in the mix with regards to the site it’s uploaded to. There are pauses in between the tracks that shouldn’t be there and Kidd Tempo informed me that the mix cuts out 5 songs short BUT we’re working on a fix and when that happens I’ll edit and update the link. Nas & Kelis To Divorce
I don’t really care to be honest, but I figure people want to know about this:
Kelis is to divorce her hip-hop star husband Nas, it was confirmed Thursday.“I can confirm that she has filed for divorce,” a rep for Kelis, whose full name is Kelis Rogers-Jones, told E! News. “We request the media to respect her privacy during this very difficult time.”
The couple — who met at a 2002 MTV Video Music Awards afterparty hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs – married Jan. 8, 2005, in Atlanta after a two-year engagement. They are expecting their first child together — a son — this summer. Nas, full name Nasir bin Olu Dara Jones, has a teenage daughter from a previous relationship.
Kelis’ divorce petition, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, was filed this afternoon. The Milkshake hitmaker is asking for spousal and child support, as well as joint custody of their baby.
This is personal for me as I lost my uncle to a drunk driver years ago. It’s about time the law is handed down to these irresponsible idiots that seem to think its OK to drive while impaired or drunk. You not only danger yourself but you endanger those around you.
TORONTO — Ontario’s tough new impaired driving laws take effect Friday. As of May 1, a driver caught with a blood alcohol level between 0.05 to 0.08 — the so-called warn range — will have their licence suspended for three days.
If caught with a similar level of booze in their system a second time, their licence will be suspended for seven days and the driver will have to attend an alcohol education program.
If caught a third time, the driver’s licence will be suspended for 30 days, and the motorist will have to complete a remedial alcohol treatment program.
Drivers caught a third time will also have an ignition interlock condition placed on their licence for six months.
That means the suspended motorists cannot drive any vehicle that does not have an ignition interlock device installed.
The roadside licence suspensions cannot be appealed and will be recorded on the driver’s record.
The suspensions will be considered when determining consequences for subsequent infractions for up to five years.
Previously, drivers received only a 12-hour licence suspension for blowing a blood alcohol level between 0.05 and 0.08, no matter how many times they were caught.
Another Ontario law that would impose a zero blood-alcohol limit on all drivers 21 and under isn’t expected to come into effect until the summer of 2010.
